Toronto:

Condominiums are slightly more affordable but still costly, with prices typically ranging from $600,000 to $800,000, depending on location and size.
• Rent: Monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto can range from $2,500 to $3,500. In more suburban areas, rent might be a bit lower but still significant.
• Cost of Living: Toronto has a relatively high cost of living compared to other Canadian cities. Groceries, transportation, and dining out can be quite expensive.

Ontario (Outside Toronto):

• Housing Costs: Prices in other parts of Ontario are generally lower than in Toronto, though they can vary widely. In 2025 Canada is having Federal Elections and Canadians want smooth stress free and affordable life, if Liberal Party fails to provide it than Conservative party seems to have edge and may form a strong majority Government.
